I need someone who really knows and options of fashion shoes.?

Please read the whole thing before answering. I admit I know nothing about fashion. Art the mix and match clothes / shoes always escaped me, and I have a problem. I have to wear orthotics for flat feet (also I have wide feet.) As you can imagine, that eliminates many cute shoes. There is no cure, backless shoes or without shoes sides, (no sandals.) I can wear boots fine, but they look odd summer. I would love to wear dresses and nice suits, but usually because they are black pants with ugly shoes. Is there some kind of wear feet may recommend adjustment and not ugly, especially for the summer? (And where I can find it?)

I would wear flats with inserts if that's an option. I look around online, trying a lot of shoes in places, and find one pair that fit really nice. I inserted into my story and help.
